What is a serviced apartment?
A serviced apartment is an alternative to a hotel stay, with the added luxury of cooking your own meals as and when you choose. Serviced apartments can be hired on a nightly basis to include cleaning, with towel and linen changes at least once a week. All the apartments are fully furnished and have an equipped kitchen.

What is included in the rate?
The rates shown are per apartment per night and include all utilities, broadband, TV licence, cable/satellite TV (where available) and local taxes, phone calls are charged extra. Typically apartment rates are less expensive than an equivalent hotel room.

How is housekeeping and linen change arranged?
In most apartments the housekeeping team change the linen, towels and clean the apartment on a weekly basis. Personal laundry can be requested at an additional cost.

What is the difference between a studio and a one bedroom apartment?
A studio apartment has combined living and sleeping areas, similar to a hotel bedroom, but with kitchen facilities and bathroom. A one bedroom apartment has a separate bedroom.

Are there facilities for the disabled?
If disabled access is provided this will be shown within the facilities section on the apartment listing.

Are the photos of the actual apartment I will book?
The photos on the website are representative of apartments at the location.

Is it possible to view an apartment before I book?
Yes we can usually arrange viewings, though this can depend on occupancy of the apartments at the time. Please enquire and we can book a mutually convenient time to view.

Is there a minimum or maximum period for a booking?
The minimum period of booking per apartment is 3 nights, there is no maximum period for a booking, unless there is a clash with an advanced booking.

How do I book?
When you make an enquiry we will provide a fixed quote based on your requirements. If you wish to proceed with the booking we will create an invoice and send you a booking confirmation. When payment has been received you will receive a receipt of invoice and we can arrange your personal check-in.

How and when do I pay for the apartment?
We accept most credit and debit cards or you may pay by bank transfer. We do not accept cash payments. All bookings must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed beforehand in writing. *AMEX payments are subject to a 3.35% handing charge.

What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation must be confirmed in writing/email with at least 72 hours notice prior
to agreed arrival date/time.
Refunds will not be given for non-arrivals or late cancellations.
If you need to cut your stay short, we will require 72 hours notice if there are 7 days or more remaining in the rental period, if the remaining duration is less than 7 days, 24 hours notice is required. There are no charges for refunds and if we can fill the remaining days with a booking, we will credit the stay in full, minus the days that have been fulfilled.

Do I have to pay a deposit?
Charge card details are taken instead of a deposit and a £200 pre-authorised payment is used to secure the booking. If a deposit is required we will advise you prior to booking. Deposits (if held) are refunded once the apartment has been checked on your departure.

I want to make a booking for several months - will I have to pay for the whole stay when I book?
For stays of over four weeks, we are happy to invoice on a monthly basis. Payment is due before the period covered on the invoice.

What time is check in?
Check in is arranged at the time of booking. We meet and greet our guests personally and make sure they have no problems with the property. Check in times are generally scheduled between 09:00 – 17:00.

What time is check-out?
The standard check-out time is 11.00am. Late check-out can sometimes be arranged - please advise if necessary.

Are pets allowed in the apartment?
Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

What happens if I have a problem in the apartment?
Every apartment has a detailed contact list for out of hour’s emergencies, however we are contactable throughout the day on the office number.
