We will recommend properties that we have found to be the most successful in terms of location, void periods, best rental achieved and quality of tenant.

Our aim is to help you maximise your investment by giving you advice that we have found successful in the 15 years experience we have in the Lettings Industry.

Our Service

We search for a property after listening to your requirements and asking you your preferred budget.

We register with local agents and regularly check the internet for all new property coming onto the market.

We will view properties on your behalf and send you a report recommending any we consider to be suitable for the Buy To Let Market.

You will then decide if you would like to view the property yourself, we will make an appointment for you and attend the viewing with you.

We will discuss any queries you have on the property or locality.

We will put forward any offer you wish to make and negotiate on your behalf with the relevant Estate Agent.

We are happy to give you a listing of local Solicitors should you require that information.

Our fee for this service is £350 plus VAT payable on the completion of your purchase.

We would then be delighted to market your property to find you a suitable tenant.
